“Dartmouth Mock is the perfect balance. As much as I think of my fellow MockStars as co-competitors, I think of them as my friends too.”

Dylan is from Cambridge, Massachusetts and is a Government major. Dylan joined the team because he did mock trial in high school and couldn’t get enough of the thrill and excitement that comes from seeing his hard work pay off in the courtroom. His favorite part about Dartmouth Mock Trial is the community. Outside of Mock Trial, Dylan is incredibly active on campus. He is the President of his fraternity, the Company Commander of the ROTC detachment, the former Vice President of The Dartmouth Political Union, a War & Peace Fellow, a Policy Research Shop researcher, First Year Trip Leader, D-LAB Facilitator, Reception Area Assistant in the Office of Admissions, and a Head Clerk for Commencement & Reunion Housing. Whew, that’s a mouthful! When Dylan catches a rare break, he likes to watch C-span, drink coffee, and win IM hockey championships. Dylan’s favorite mock trial memory was going to Waffle House at 3:30 a.m. in Cincinnati because “we were all so sleep-deprived by that point which meant nothing could beat those belly laughs.” One crazy fun fact about Dylan is that both of his brothers dropped out of college and yet they will make more money than he ever will. If Dylan was a kitchen appliance, he would be a Kitchenaid handheld mixer because it's electric, gets down and dirty, and the finished product is always so satisfying.
