“I was so happy about our team's collective success this past year and can't wait to see everything we accomplish next year!”

Kavya is from Florham Park, New Jersey, and studies Economics and Chinese. Kavya joined Dartmouth Mock Trial because she loves public speaking and performing, and was eager to be a part of a tight-knit community on campus. Her favorite part about being on Dartmouth Mock Trial is the people. She “loves working with such smart and kind people, who are also some of my best friends on campus. I'm constantly impressed by this team and love how hard we all work together to accomplish our goals.” When she’s not mocking (a rare occurrence), Kavya is a part of the Dartmouth Political Union, is an Economics Research Assistant, a member of Chi Delta Sorority, and is a Rocky Student Assistant. For fun, Kavya likes to play racquet sports, try new foods, and run. Kavya’s favorite mock trial memory is ordering way too much Indian food after ORCS in Ohio during her sophomore year. “Everyone was so tired from our grueling week of mock but still so happy to be together.” A fun fact about Kavya is that she knows how to juggle. If she was a kitchen appliance she would be a coffee machine because “I get the job done.” Damn right she does.
